A woman escaped standing trial for murder charge after she was freed of stabbing a man to death earlier this year.
Camoya McIntosh was charged with the killing of Collin Coulson, popularly known as ‘Grammazone’.
During a submission in the Portland Parish Court on Tuesday, McIntosh’s attorney, John Jacobs, argued that the prosecution did not satisfy the court to establish a prima facie case for the charge of murder.
Acting Senior Parish Judge Patichia Lopez, after reviewing the submissions from both the defence and prosecution, concluded that McIntosh should be freed.
It was reported that Coulson was found with multiple stab wounds on Eveleigh Park Road in Port Antonio on May 29.
McIntosh was subsequently arrested and charged.
