Montego Bay dancehall artiste Squash 6iix Boss is denying reports that he was shot in Florida, United States late last week.

“Stop mix up man inna unuh violence and crime business bredda. Music man a do over yah so, strictly music man a do over yah so bad man,” Squash warned bloggers. 

Squash addresses death rumours

The artiste is reportedly in Florida. 

There were reports that on Wednesday night, two men were shot and killed after gang warfare erupted on the streets of Lauderhill, Florida. 

Rumours were rampant that Squash, real name Andre Whittaker, was also shot in the incident and hospitalised. Other rumours said he died. 

Well the ‘Ambala’ artiste took to TikTok on the weekend to dismiss those speculations surrounding his life. 

“Everybody a check pon me and worried. Dem hear say mi get shot, dem hear say mi dead – mi hear all type a thing. See’t deh, mi well and live,” Squash shared.

“Mi want unuh know say mi deya mi active. Fully active. So bloggers unuh stop the… A unuh mek things bad fi ghetto youths like we,” the artiste stated. 

Squash also urged bloggers to leave his name out of their media activities.

“To all a mi fans and the whole a mi supporter dem big up unuh self u see me,” he wrote, repeatedly looking over his shoulders.

He said new music is also on the horizon.
