A man has succumbed to injuries he received after a delivery truck crashed along Eastwood Park Road in Half-Way-Tree, St Andrew, on Friday, injuring three other pedestrians in the process.
Dead is Oniel Hamilton.
According to the police, the three other injured persons – two children and an adult – remain hospitalised.
Reports are that sometime on Friday afternoon, an Isuzu box truck was travelling along Eastwood Park Road, when it developed mechanical issues and the driver lost control of the vehicle.
Two adults and two children who were all on the sidewalk were hit by the truck. A car was also hit during the incident.
Hamilton later succumbed to his injuries at hospital.
