The main suspect in the murder of veteran journalist Barbara Gayle has been taken into police custody.
The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) provided the update on Instagram on Thursday night.
Gayle was found dead at her Caymanas Estate Country Club residence in St Catherine on Tuesday, December 17. She was with multiple stab wounds.
Earlier today, the police located her missing Mercedes Benz GLE on Dyke Road in St Catherine.
The investigation into the murder remains ongoing.
