A male teacher employed at a popular high school in Ocho Rios, St Ann, has been detained as police probe allegations that he had unlawful sexual contact with a male student.
Allegations are that the complainant is a grade 10 student of the institution where the teacher is employed.
The St Ann police, who have confirmed the incident, said the teacher was arrested on the grounds of the school on Thursday.
