Lawmen are yet to receive a formal report of any assault or robbery of upcoming dancehall entertainer Silk Boss.

This after two videos have surfaced on social media showing the artiste being slapped in his face by two masked men.

Social media users are still questioning the authenticity of videos or whether they were done for the purposes of a music video.

In the two videos circulating online, the deejay appeared to be terrified as he is repeatedly slapped by the two men.

It was first being reported that the entertainer had disrespected an area don from an area known as Gulf in Portmore.

But in a purported audio of an interview with a voice said to be that of Silk Boss’, those allegations were refuted.

It is being alleged that the attack was carried out by acquaintances of Silk Boss, who robbed him of money he was going to use to purchase a motor vehicle.

The entertainer was also allegedly left bloodied after the ordeal.

The police – via its information division,  Corporate Communications Unit (CCU) –  said it is yet to receive any report of an assault or robbery of the entertainer in question.
