Popular disc jockey Arif Cooper dies

Members of the local entertainment fraternity have been plunged into mounring following the death of popular disc jockey Arif Cooper.

Cooper died after collapsing at a party in St Andrew, where he was playing a set.

Attempts were made to resuscitate him, but he was pronounced dead. 

He worked at FAME FM for over 25 years, and was a music producer working with artistes such as Tami Chin, Wayne Marshall, Vybz Kartel, Jah Cure, and Sean Paul.
