Heightened search efforts led to the seizure of an imitation firearm by the Joint Anti-Gang Task Force (JAGTF) in Franklin Town, Kingston recently.
Reports are that the imitation firearm was found in an abandoned drum during an afternoon operation on June 22, following the recovery of twelve (12) 9mm rounds that were recovered from a gully bank in the same vicinity.
According to a post from the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), no one has been arrested in relation to both seizures.
