The police are continuing to their clamp down on weapons of violence in Linstead, St Catherine, with another gun seizure on the weekend.
Details are sketchy, but it understood that the weapon was seized in the East Avenue area of Linstead.
One man has been arrested in connection to the seizure.
It brings to five the number of illegal firearms found in Linstead since the start of the month.
