Controversial dancehall producer, Shab Don was remanded into police custody on a triple murder charge when he appeared in the St James Parish Court on Monday.
His co-accused, Tajay Clarke, was also remanded.
The matter was pushed back to September 26, after the producer’s attorneys said they would not be proceeding with a bail application at this time.
The producer, whose real name is Linval Thompson, was charged last month following an investigation into a shooting incident in Rose Heights, St James on May 25.
On the night in question, five people were shot when masked men sprayed them with bullets.
One man died immediately after the shooting, and another two – a man and a woman – died overnight.
Two other persons were hospitalised.
