Fans of Dancehall personality Queenie Lady Gangsta are again urging her to exercise restraint after she seemingly clashed with her husband Dewy at an airport, during which she slapped and further assaulted him.
Airport officials were forced to intervene in the altercation.
The amateur video of the incident was captured by a traveller at the airport.
The voices arguing appear to be that of Queenie and Dewey.
A month after celebrating their first wedding anniversary, Queenie alleged, in April, that Dewy walked out of their matrimonial home for several hours following a disagreement concerning her mother-in-law and his babymother.
“He doesn’t feel like being my husband today but mi wah be him wife every day. Memba a him come married to mi, a dat bun mi eno,” Queenie said in an interview with the Jamaicw Star then.
Queenie met Dewy, who is 20 years her junior, while she was visiting Jamaica in August 2020. They tied the knot on March 20, 2021.
In March, the couple caused divorce rumours after Queenie declared on Instagram that anyone who wants Dewy should take him. She, however, stated that her remarks were just her way of feeding the narrative of naysayers about her relationship.
