A two-year-old toddler died after she was mowed down by a motor vehicle in Montego Hills, Norwood in St James on Thursday.
The baby has been identified as Tiana Walters.
Reports are that Tiana ran from her father’s parked motorcar towards her mother, who was across the street.
She ran into the path of a grey Toyota Noah vehicle.
Tiana was taken to the hospital, where she died while undergoing treatment.
The driver of the vehicle has been warned for prosecution, pending further police investigations.
