The Meteorological Service of Jamaica has discontinued the Flash Flood Watch for low-lying and flood-prone areas of southern and northwestern parishes.
The discontinuation came into effect 3:30 pm Tuesday.
In its latest update, the Met Office shared that partly cloudy conditions are forecast for the island tonight and Wednesday morning.
Further, the island can also expect a temporary break in showers and thunderstorms tonight through to Wednesday.
However, an induced trough across the island and the western Caribbean by Hurricane Ian, will linger through to Friday.
