A 17-year-old boy is the latest victim of gun violence in Westmoreland.
The deceased, Kovan Wedderburn, was gunned down in the parish capital of Savanna-la-Mar on Monday night.
Reports are about 8:45 p.m., the teenager was at a shop on Dalling Street, when two men drove up on a motorcycle.
The pillon allegedly pulled a firearm and shot the teenager several times. He ran but collapsed on the roadway.
Wedderburn was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police sleuths are investigating.
